Install the ParentLink App
If you have been provided with an invitation email, follow instructions in the email.
Alternatively, scan this QR code with your mobile device:
Tap the Google Play button (wth the triangle) for Android, tap the or Apple App Store button (with the apple) for iOS, and install the app:
Add Students
Open the app. To add Student(s), tap the 3 bars at top left:
Tap on Students:
Tap the + to add your Student(s):
Type the Card ID and Last Name exactly as in the invitation email. If you do not have the invitation email, ask your School Administrator to resend. Then tap Add:
Using the ParentLink App
Tap on a Student’s name to view details of their Route:
The day’s routes appear. If a route is underway, tap “Route In Progress” and the map appears.
View bus location: Tap the blue top bar, or the bus in the circle at the bottom.
View bus address: Tap the bus arrow (if bus is moving) or dot (if it’s stopped).
Move the map around, zoom in/out, with your fingers.
Blue bottom bar shows ETA to bus stop, continually updated in real time.
View bus stop: Tap blue bottom bar
Blue bottom displays if bus arrived at the stop:
To return to the route summaries, use the return function for your device:
To return to the Student List, use the return function again.
To delete a Student, swipe the name to the left:
