Once a label is created for a location, the pin (i.e., the center position of the label) can be moved without losing the label name. The address of the label will change, but not the name of label.
To do this:
Click Setup > Labels Find the label you'd like to edit. Click the pencil icon to the right of that label to bring up the Label dialog box:
In the map, click and hold the mouse button to drag and move the map. You can release the mouse button, them click and hold again to continue moving the map. Once the cross-hair (which will be the new label pin) is in the desired location, click the mouse button again. The pin will appear in that location.
Click save at the bottom right to save the new desired location. The address will change; the label will remain the same:
